You don’t need any type of boating license — you only need to be 18 years old.

The renter does not need to pay a security deposit (€0). Instead, as a guarantee, the client will provide a valid official identity document (ID or passport), which will be temporarily retained by the company during the rental period and returned at the end of the service, provided no issues are detected.
However, the renter accepts and acknowledges their responsibility for the proper use of the boat and commits to returning it in the same condition in which it was delivered.

In the event that, after returning the boat, physical damage, breakage, defects or losses attributable to misuse, negligence or non-compliance with navigation rules are detected, the client accepts the following compensation scheme:

Minor damages (superficial scratches, small defects, extraordinary cleaning, loss of non-essential accessories):
➤ A fixed charge of €150 will be applied.

Major damages (breakage of key elements, structural damage, mechanical damage, loss of essential elements or serious misuse):
➤ A fixed charge of €350 will be applied, regardless of the actual repair cost, unless it significantly exceeds this amount.

Minor damages (superficial scratches, small defects, extraordinary cleaning, loss of non-essential accessories):
➤ A fixed charge of €150 will be applied.

Major damages (breakage of key elements, structural damage, mechanical damage, loss of essential elements or serious misuse):
➤ A fixed charge of €350 will be applied, regardless of the actual repair cost, unless it significantly exceeds this amount.

The boat must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. A fee of €100 will be applied for full cleaning if it is returned in poor condition. Daily maintenance cleaning (engine, canopy, etc.) is handled by the ELITE team.
